Recording is an act of trust. We built Recolx to be worthy of it.
Privacy isn't a settings toggle we added later — it's a constraint we designed the entire product around.
Encrypted end-to-end
Recordings are encrypted before they leave your device and remain encrypted through storage and transmission.
Private by default
Your recordings live in a private cloud tied to your account — never a shared or public dataset.
No ad-targeting on voice data
Your conversations are never sold or used to build advertising profiles.
You control deletion
Delete a single recording or your entire account history at any time — deletion is permanent.
Consent is your responsibility
Recording consent laws vary by location. Know the rules where you're recording, and get consent where required.
Transparent by design
We tell you plainly what's encrypted, what's stored, and what isn't — no buried fine print.
A note for regulated professions
If you work in healthcare, law, government, or another regulated field, you carry obligations around protected information that go beyond what any consumer device can promise out of the box. Recolx is built with a privacy-first architecture — encryption, private storage, and no third-party data sharing — but you should independently confirm Recolx's current compliance posture against your specific regulatory obligations (HIPAA, attorney-client privilege, government data handling requirements, etc.) before relying on it for protected information. When in doubt, contact our support team with your specific compliance questions before deployment.
